Tatsumi vs Issei is CobraMario64's 140th DBX!

Description

Akame ga Kill! vs High School DxD! They're both dragons, and attract women! Will the master of Incuriso or the Red Dragon Emperor get women?

Intro

Location: Outside Kuoh Academy - High School DxD

Issei was on lunch break walking outside of the school, while he was he thought about Rias. "Oh man, I just want to get my hands on her melons now!" Issei said to himself. On his way to walking, he looked at Rias, Akeno, Xenovia and Asia. "I'm getting a good view!" He said, and meanwhile Tatsumi entered the scene taking a jog to look around, he started jogging faster until he immediately bumped into Issei, ruining his view and moment.

"What the heck?" Issei yelled, rolling to the side and trying to get back up, Tatsumi was looking at him and offered his hand to Issei. "Hey, are you okay?" Tatsumi asked, wanting to help Issei out. "NO, YOU LITERALLY RUINED THE SHOW FOR ME!" Issei yelled. "Please calm down!" Tatsumi asked. "I've had a good view of Rias' tits until you interrupted me!" He exclaimed, and Tatsumi emitted a heavy sigh. "Look, I'm sorry okay?" He heavily sighed again. "You're NOT sorry anyway!" Issei shouted, summoning his Boosted Gear. "INCURSIOOOOO!" Tatsumi yelled, slamming his sword on the ground and initiated Incursio. "That's all you have, give me a damn break." Issei stated.

HERE WE GO!

Issei punches Tatsumi in the chest two times, but the Night Raid assassin blocked and clashed with Issei. The assassin kicked his foe in the face, but Issei looked to use a haymaker and attempted to land it on his opponents face, Tatsumi defended himself by blocking the attack. The Harem King swung at Tatsumi with his elbow, landing it on his face and the Night Raid assassin countered by grabbing his foe's arm, sending him flying out of the way. "Not too bad!" Tatsumi commented, before the Harem King ran back in and scored with a punch to the assassins face.

Tatsumi and Issei clashed fists, the Harem King charged up a beam and fired it at his opponent but Tatsumi summoned his spear and blocked the blast using his blade. The assassin tried slamming his spear on Issei, who launched a huge beam at the assassin, followed by an explosion that knocked Tatsumi back towards a wall. He then turned invisible and left the Harem King confused. Something punched him in the face and in the back of his head, Tatsumi repeatedly kept punching his opponent everywhere, this time landing a punch that launched Issei a few feet back, the Harem King saw Tatsumi reappear as he fired a Dragon Shot at the assassin, which knocked Tatsumi back.

The Night Raid assassin gripped his spear, swatting it towards the Harem King. Issei fired a huge blast of energy towards Tatsumi, who tried using his spear to deflect it but the blast was that strong and pulled him back towards the same wall. Tatsumi rushed at his foe with a kick but Issei blocked his kick and countered by throwing out his own kick. Issei initiated his Dragon Armor and swung his tail at his opponent, smacking Tatsumi far away. The Night Raid assassin tried grabbing on to the tail, but the Harem King slammed it on Tatsumi multiple times on the ground. The assassin jumped back. "Oh man, this guy's armor almost looks the same as mine." Tatsumi stated, then turned to run towards the entrance to Kuoh Academy. Issei followed his opponent.

On the school grounds, Tatsumi and Issei continued their battle. The Night Raid assassin quickly landed a punch on the Red Dragon Emperor's face, Issei made an attempt to punch his opponent back but Tatsumi stabbed his spear on Issei's chest, sending him flying towards the schools door. Tatsumi entered the school building and became invisible again. "Where did he go again?" Issei asked himself. Tatsumi pelted the Harem King with his spear several times and Issei fired a barrage of blasts, leaving the Night Raid member to repel them with his spear. The blasts were then sent back towards Issei, who slides under them and now tried to find his opponent. Tatsumi reappeared again and ran towards Issei with a punch, but the Harem King fired another Dragon Shot, blasting Tatsumi away as he slammed into a wall. The assassin picked himself back up and jumped behind Issei, striking him with multiple punches and then grabbed his spear, attacking Issei with it and launching him out of Kuoh Academy, leaving a broken wall.

"What kind of weirdo would attack me like that?" Tatsumi asked himself, reverting out of Incursio and leaving the school building. Issei was back in base form, laying on the ground unconscious as Tatsumi walked by him. "That's what you get for attacking me!" Tatsumi exclaimed.
