Bill Cipher broke free in another multiverse. Bill flies hard into The Doctor’s Tardis. He broke the mainframe and The Doctor was panicking. He tried to fix it but it was no use. Bill grabbed him and tried to rip him in half. But he was regenerating. Even though he had a power boost Bill was fighting it. He took his soul and put it in space and time. He ripped his head off and destroyed The Tardis with his eye beam.

Bill broke free in another multiverse. The Tardis is in that multiverse with The Doctor stepping out. “Well, nice to see you again.” Bill makes a less powerful Dalek out of thin air. “That doesn’t scare me chap!” The Doctor goes in the Tardis and flies across time to end up… at the beginning of time.
The Doctor steps out The Tardis and sees The Big Bang happen. He looks amazed but snaps out of it and looks for a young Bill Cipher. He grabs the gun that can erase you from time and sees the start of Bill. He shoots the gun at Bill. We see a shot of Bill fading. “Wait noooo. This is actually it! !ooooooN .8891yzzI uoy ot tsuj oN .hteeT retsooR dna elttaB htaeD uoy esruc oN”
The Doctor goes back where he started and he looked out the ship. Seeing nothing and goes back to the time he erased Bill. As Bill was fading The Doctor looked at him and said, “One thing before you die for the rest of time, My name is The Doctor, yours is Bill Cipher”
